   *Minimum stay of one week, inclusive of linen, towels, electricity and final cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge of Euro 60.

All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions of rental, which will be outlined in your booking form. A non- refundable deposit of 50% of your reservation cost is required in order to confirm your booking. The balance will be payable 7 days prior to arrival.

  Please note that pets/smoking are not permitted in the house.
