 *Reservations are subject to an additional cleaning charge of Euro 50 per stay. 

  Minimum stay of one week, check-in & check out on Saturdays.

     A non refundable deposit of 50% of your reservation cost is required in order to confirm your booking.
     The balance will be payable 7 days prior to arrival.

  Please note that pets/smoking are not permitted in the house.

 A small additional charge will be made for the cost of utilities.
